I run this site myself. I use what you submit only to reply to you or to send the AI This Week newsletter you asked for — never to build a profile, and never to sell or share with anyone for their own marketing.
Contact and newsletter forms
The contact form collects the name, email address, and message you provide. The newsletter form collects your email address. Both are processed and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site.
The newsletter uses double opt-in: subscribing sends you one confirmation email, and nothing is added to the send list until you click the link in it. If somebody enters your address by mistake, ignoring that email is enough — you will never receive the digest.
Analytics
I count pageviews with GoatCounter, which sets no cookies and does not track you across sites. It records aggregate counts — page, referrer, browser, and country — and I use them only to see which pages people find useful. I also record which links and buttons get clicked, as counts, not tied to any individual.
The AI chat widget
"Ask me anything" sends the question you type — and the last few messages of that conversation, for context — to Groq, which runs the Llama 3.1 model that writes the reply. I do not store your questions, but they do leave this site to reach Groq, so please do not type anything personal or sensitive into it.
Security reporting
The site asks your browser to report content-security-policy violations back to me. Those reports record only which security rule was broken, not the page you were on.
How long I keep things
Contact messages: only as long as I need them to reply. Newsletter addresses: until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. Unsubscribing records your address on a suppression list so that a later import cannot accidentally re-add you.
Your choices
Every newsletter carries a one-click unsubscribe link. For access, correction, or deletion of anything else, email dhawanpranav02@gmail.com and I will action it myself.
